Tabby Stoecker and professional partner Mark Karmalita topped the judges’ leaderboard on Strictly Come Dancing Week 5, scoring 37 points for their Couple’s Choice on Saturday, October 24. The News and Star reported that the pair earned two 10s and led the week’s standings.
Their marks were 8, 10, 9 and 10, according to Hidden Remote’s Week 5 results report. The two 10s were not a perfect overall score: the other judges awarded 8 and 9, bringing the total to 37.
The result put Stoecker and Karmalita ahead of Delta Goodrem and Kai Widdrington, who scored 34, according to the News and Star. The Irish News also reported that Stoecker received two 10s for her Couple’s Choice, after Goodrem scored a 10 on her return to the show.
The Week 5 leaderboard reflects judges’ scores, not the final public vote. The News and Star said the next couple was due to be eliminated on Sunday, October 25, after the public vote and dance-off.
